Mind over matter

Mind over matter is a simple quote to live by
Its ability comes from a remote place which is simply sublime
Distinctions of this quote and practice of this skill
makes the body easily oppose it and want to appeal
Easier said then done the legs said to the brain I'm moving the most and your position stays the same
Run jump and hop, get around the cones
Suck up your pain no time to hear moans
Its a practice of mind over body the pain is imaginary
I know it feels like the pressure is on which can be hard to carry
I question this quote how can my mind be used over the matter set fourth
The pain is real no actions are still and my body feels it the most
Quote after quote talk after talk coach expresses her motivational sayings
Some times its hard to focus on the job with interference from these pains
As days progress my recovery time decrease
Its amazing how to gain breath my activity no longer has to cease
Your getting better my brain tells my legs just a few more of this action then its rest and relax-tion just do it for a few more days
Individuals, conditioning, weights, the routine stayed the same
Its 3 weeks later and we can finally do activity I never realized how much I missed that rock
From day one I promised my self ill do my best I can give more, hell ill give it all I got
Precondition training can be hard on the brain and hard on the legs but that's the point that your breath does not stay the same.
Looking back on my running I appreciate my progression.
That's just a few of my thoughts I want to reflect in
